First time buyer. However, I did my homework, so I was somewhat prepared. My intention was to visit the North Kansas city location. I was driving from the north. I saw an interstate sign for Liberty, which was closer. I stopped in and there was only 1 person in front of me. I stood there maybe 2 minutes. My cashier was a very courteous person. I didn't know if this location would have what I wanted in stock, I already had a plan b which I would have to fall back on. Just because you see it the night before is no guarantee it will be in stock the very next day, especially since I was ordering more than 1. Fortunately, what I wanted was in stock. I purchased with my debit card. The transaction took maybe 2 minutes. BesaMe was quite the pleasant experience. I couldn't have had a better cashier. One last thing, expect 9% sales tax. Thanks
